Geoff Fisher : IRRV President 2009-10: Geoff is IRRV President 2009/10. Geoff is professional consultant at STRETTONS chartered surveyors East London since 2001, currently specializing on Compulsory Purchase Compensation (Olympics Crossrail and other schemes) and Business Rates. He was formerly District Valuer and Valuation Officer in London for 21 years and is a Rating Diploma Holder. Geoff has been a member of the IRRV London and Home Counties Association for many years and was elected to the Institute's Council in 1997-2003, and re-elected in 2007. He is a regular contributor to the Institute's magazines, is a speaker at conferences and has been particularly involved in the new IRRV Valuer qualification. Geoff is married with 3 grown up children and his interests are family, local and Swiss church, travelling, and modern European history.
